During my stay, I was delighted by the friendly service, as the owner Mac was always checking in to make sure everything was perfect, and I loved how close I was to both Duck Creek Park and the beautiful Vander Veer Botanical Park, making my walking explorations even more enjoyable.

Our room was comfortable, but the ants disrupted our stay at night.

I enjoyed my stay here for its well-maintained indoor pool, which was perfect for my family to unwind after a long day. The room was clean and had a fresh setup that added to our comfort. It was conveniently located near various dining options, making it easy to explore. However, I did notice some minor cleanliness issues that could use improvement.

The bed in my room was quite comfortable with plenty of pillows. The indoor pool and hot tub were nice for relaxing after a long day. However, I noticed multiple cleanliness issues during my stay. The carpet around the baseboards looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in ages, and the shower stall had dirt accumulated on top. The musty odor in the room was quite off-putting, and the hallway lighting felt dim and unwelcoming. Breakfast options were decent but could use more variety. Additionally, the exterior of the building appeared worn down, which didn't match the expectations set by the interior. I'd consider returning for the value, but I’d look for improvements first.

It was just a balanced option for a momentary visit in Bettendorf with real value for money. The beds were super comfortable, making it hard to get up in the morning. Consider enjoying the heated indoor pool after a long drive.
